These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with PIZZA CAPITAL LTD through this website, by phone, or by any other ordering method we make available. Food sold without face-to-face contact is covered by UK distance-selling law, and businesses are expected to provide clear pre-contract information such as company details, a description of the goods or services, the price, payment method, delivery arrangements, cancellation information, and conditions for ending the contract.
1. Company Details
PIZZA CAPITAL LTD
123 Whitehill Road, Brinsworth, Rotherham, England, S60 5HY
Phone: 01709 721999
Email: pizzacapital.ltd@outlook.com
2. Orders
An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully completed and we have issued an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, stock availability, delivery coverage, suspected misuse, or incomplete customer information.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods. The final price shown at checkout is the amount charged.
4. Delivery
We provide local delivery to Rotherham and surrounding areas within our service zone. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather, or other operational factors. UK food-delivery guidance expects the customer to be told when they can expect delivery, and food should be delivered as quickly as reasonably possible.
5. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery address, access instructions, and any other information needed to complete the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
6. Food, Allergen and Packaging Information
Customers should review available product information before ordering, especially if they have allergies or dietary requirements. UK food-delivery guidance says customers must be told about specified allergens before purchase is completed and again when the food is delivered. Where relevant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide clear information about ingredients and allergens.
7. Cancellations
Because our products are freshly prepared food, cancellation rights may not apply in the same way as for ordinary non-perishable goods. UK guidance notes that goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly, as well as catering contracts for a specific date or period, are exempt from cancellation rights.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout. Where preparation has already begun or the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, refunds may be considered where an order is missing, incorrect, materially damaged, or not delivered, subject to review and verification. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Failed Delivery and Missed Orders
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect details, we may treat the order as completed and may not be able to issue a full refund.
10. Customer Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt fraudulent chargebacks, or use the service in a way that causes harm to our business or delivery process.
11. Website Use
The website and all its content are provided for ordering, information and customer support purposes only. We may update, suspend or change any part of the website, menu or service area at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic delays, adverse weather, road closures, technical issues, or inaccurate customer information. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
13. Contract Copy and Records
For online sales, businesses are expected to provide the customer with a copy of the contract in a durable format such as email, and this should be provided no later than when the goods are delivered.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version on this website will always apply to new orders.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
